Getting Started

Where is Bliss Home located?

Bliss Home has two locations in Knoxville, Tennessee and Louisville, Kentucky. Our Knoxville showroom is located on Kingston Pike in west Knoxville. For directions to our Knoxville showroom, click here.

Our Louisville showroom is located in Westport Village in Louisville. For directions to our Louisville showroom, click here.

What are your showroom hours?

Hours may vary depending on the time of year. For current store hours, please visit our Contact page. Bliss Home is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

How do I create a Bliss Home account?

Visit the My Account page, and select Create Account to set up your new Bliss Home account. With your Bliss Home account, you can save items to your wishlist, checkout faster with saved addresses and payments, and more.

Orders & Delivery

What delivery options do you offer?

Bliss Home offers local delivery only in Tennessee, Kentucky, and select areas in North Carolina. We do not offer shipping for any of our pieces.

Can I pick up my order in store?

We do not offer pick up for online orders at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a limited time window to cancel your order prior to delivery. Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, sign in to your Bliss Home account and select cancel. If you do not have a Bliss Home account, please email contact@blisshomefurniture.com with your order number and request to cancel. Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

Bliss Home accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

We're required to charge sales tax on online orders for residents of the states of Tennessee and Kentucky. Residency is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Can I use my Bliss Home gift card online?

Gift cards cannot be used to pay for online purchases. Gift cards are redeemable in store only at any Bliss Home or Bliss location. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase a Bliss Home gift card online.

Warranty & Returns

What is your return policy?

Return policies vary depending on the item. Please visit our Returns page for more detailed information.

Do you offer a warranty?

Bliss Home offers a limited warranty on certain items. Please visit our Warranty & Returns page for more detailed information.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically reflected back in your account within 5-7 business days once a credit is issued. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a notification email when your refund has been issued. Please note: processing times do not begin until the day we receive the returned items.
