The water-based solution gives you extra time to effectively respond to accidents, and it acts as a stain-release agent that allows soils and stains to more easily lift off the surface when professionally cleaned.
Please note that the Guardian fabric protection does not serve as a force-field against stains. Application of this product will not prevent upholstery from getting soiled or stained, nor does it eliminate the need for routine cleaning and proper care.
